Sharing the most requested recipe that I get asked to bring to parties, baby showers, etc. 

Cheese Ball Recipe:

2 (8-oz.) boxes of Cream Cheese

1 (4-oz.) can of Diced Jalapenos

1 (4-oz.) can of Diced Green Chiles

2c. Fancy Shred Cheddar Cheese

Serve with 1 box of Wheat Thins

Mix cream cheese, diced jalapeños, and diced green chilies together in a large bowl.  Once that is well blended add the cheddar cheese to the mixture.  Line a small bowl with saran wrap.  Then pack the cream cheese mixture in small bowl.  Place cream cheese mixture in the fridge overnight.  To serve turn small box over and pop out the cheese ball.  Serve with wheat thins around the bowl!
